1. Service Overview

iRepair provides mobile phone repair services including screen replacement, battery replacement, water damage repair, software issues, and other device-related services.

Diagnosis and repair times may vary depending on device condition and parts availability.

2. Booking & Appointment

  • All bookings made through the website, WhatsApp, or phone call are considered service requests.

  • You must provide accurate information (name, mobile number, device details, issue description).

  • Appointment times are estimates and may change based on workload and technician availability.

3. Diagnosis & Estimates

  • Diagnostic checks may be required to determine the exact issue.

  • Repair cost and time are provided based on initial inspection.

  • Any additional issues found during repair will be communicated for approval before proceeding.

4. Warranty Policy

iRepair provides limited repair warranty only for the specific part replaced:

  • Screens: 30–90 days (depending on part quality)

  • Batteries: 30–90 days

  • Other parts: As communicated during booking

Warranty does NOT cover:

  • Physical damage after repair

  • Water/liquid damage

  • Mishandling or accidental drops

  • Unauthorized repair done by another technician

5. Parts Used

iRepair uses original / OEM-quality / high-quality compatible parts, depending on the customer’s choice.
Warranty varies based on part selection.

6. Data & Backup

  • Please back up your data before handing over your device.

  • iRepair is not responsible for any data loss during repair.

7. Payment Terms

  • Full payment must be made after service completion.

  • For certain repairs, an advance payment may be required for part ordering.

  • Payment methods: Cash / UPI / Card (if applicable).

8. Liability

iRepair is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing issues

  • Further damage due to corrosion or liquid damage

  • Issues caused by third-party accessories
